Common questions about ordering, modifying orders, cancellations and out-of-stock items.

Can I modify my order after submitting it?

Before the agent has purchased the item, minor changes (variant, quantity, remarks) can usually be requested. Once the order has been paid to the seller, changes may not be possible — contact support as early as possible.

Can an order be cancelled or refunded?

Orders that have not yet been purchased from the seller can normally be cancelled and refunded to your balance. After purchase, cancellation depends on the seller and the item status.

What if the item is out of stock?

If the seller cannot fulfil the item, the order is marked accordingly and the amount is returned to your balance so you can reorder or withdraw it.
