1. What the service covers
LoongBuy provides a purchasing-agent service for selected third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the products themselves or for risks tied to third-party sellers (such as quality or copyright issues). To protect you, we inspect products several times, communicate with you, and provide after-sales support throughout.
2. There are two payments
The shopping flow has two steps and two payments: first you pay the product price (plus domestic handling) so we can buy the item; later, once you build a parcel, you pay the international shipping. Items wait in your warehouse between these two steps.
3. After-sales is built in
Every order is inspected with QC photos before it ships, so you can confirm the item or raise an issue early. Returns and disputes follow clear rules covered in the After-sales section.
