What to do if an item is wrong, defective, or your parcel is lost or damaged.

Wrong or defective item

If QC photos show the item is wrong or defective, raise an after-sales request before shipping. We will help arrange a return or exchange with the seller where possible.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your international parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact support with photos and the tracking number. Eligible parcels are covered by the carrier or our compensation policy, subject to declared value and line terms.
